Machine learning for genomics

LEGO is a working group attached to the CNRS GDR BIM and dedicated to machine learning for genomics. ​

 

Like many scientific fields, genomics benefits from the rise in power of machine learning over the last decade. ​

 

The French research community in machine learning for genomics is active but dispersed across the territory within teams that are traditionally experts in other methodological fields for genomics such as statistics, algorithms or bioinformatics. ​

 

The purpose of the LEGO working group is to facilitate exchanges within this community, to encourage collaboration, and to enable the monitoring of progress made by the participating teams.
