DeepBioHealth seminars
Seminars in Deep Learning for Biology, Health and Agronomy

Back in 2021, I found that many researchers in France were starting to use the latest advances of deep learning for biology, health and agronomy. However, there was no dedicated seminars or conferences on this topic. Hence, I decided to create DeepBioHealth as an online seminar. DeepBioHealth has been very popular with > 250 subscribers, and an average of 30 participants to the seminars.

The DeepBioHealth list aims to facilitate exchanges between scientists interested in deep learning and its applications in the fields of biology, health and agronomy. This is an interdisciplinary working group that addresses both new models of deep learning and their recent applications in genomics, medical imaging, oncology, agronomy, etc. The meetings are held by videoconference in order to facilitate the participation of the greatest number of researchers.
